Info you need to know

We are here to help you look good, feel good & most importantly, be able to look good in between visits, too!

So we have some important info for you.

Your appointment...

Upon booking you will receive a text to confirm your visit 2 days prior. If you are confirming yes, just click on the link. Please take note of your services booked and if you need to change them or they are incorrect just let us know so we have the correct time allocated for you.
If you need to reschedule your appointment just give us a text or a call and we are happy to
accommodate you.


Free parking is available right outside the door however please check the time restrictions as there is a choice of 30 mins or 4 hours between 9 am till 5 pm. The "grey ghost" does monitor the car park dishing out fines relentlessly so if you are not sure how long you will be unlimited parking is available on McCartney Cres or along the park across the road Rayment Reserve.

Booking fees...

For all major appointments such as full set eyelash extensions, hair extensions or colour makeovers ie services over 2 hours long we require a $50 booking fee. This amount comes off your service total on the day of your appointment. Alternatively we can hold your credit card details (very securely!) and not charge the fee unless there is a late cancellation or no show.

Cancellation Policy...

We really appreciate 24 hours notice of any cancellations or rescheduling. This includes taking off a service at the last minute. We do our utmost to fill the spot contacting our cancellation list.
A $50 late cancellation fee applies only if we cannot fill your appointment.

With compliments...

Located in the drawer of your station is your hair appointment essentials. Feel free to help yourself as you need - tissues, hand sanitiser, pen & notepad, glass sleeve protectors (so your
glasses don't get stained with colour) nail file & mints.

Leave happy with your service, or we re-do it for free.
Must advise us within 48 hours of your service.
We will re-do the service at no charge if service is not as asked for or to standard. - not if you simply change your mind or don't like what you have asked to be done.
Must be done within 10 days of original appointment.
Allergic reactions to any products are not the responsibility of the salon.
Remember to disclose any allergies & book in for a complimentary allergy test of any products we use prior to your appointment.
